We currently don't offer custom team name products to create yourself online; however, it's on our radar to create for you!

Keep in mind our products are made especially for you as soon as you place an order, which is why it takes us a bit longer to deliver to you. Making products on demand instead of in bulk helps reduce overproduction, so thank you for making thoughtful purchasing decisions!

Sometimes, yes! If you reach us within a few hours of placing your order we can typically change a shipping address or make a cancellation as long as your order isn't already in the process of being created and fulfilled.

How do I return or exchange items?

Please contact us in the unfortunate and rare scenario where your order arrives misprinted, damaged, defective, as the wrong item, or it never arrives.

Contact us with your order number, photos and other order details within 30 days of the product delivery day (or expected delivery timeframe if your order never arrived.)

We do not accept returns or exchanges in the following scenarios:

Buyer's Remorse: If you simply change your mind, order the wrong size, or don't like the material we do not accept returns or exchanges. Make sure you read the size guide and detailed descriptions for each product to make a thoughtful purchase decision. 
Incorrect Address: If you provided an incorrect address at checkout and the carrier could not deliver the product.
